Invicta
is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Quality Analyst
with strong expertise in automation testing and software quality assurance. The role involves working closely with a U.S.-based team to ensure high-quality software delivery through effective testing and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Work Hours:
7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)

Workdays:
Monday – Friday

Job Type:
Remote (Client-Based in USA)

Compensation:
(Competitive Salary Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and QTP.
  • Write clean and efficient automation code using
    Java
    ,
    Python
    , or
    JavaScript
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement comprehensive test strategies across all
    SDLC
    phases.
  • Utilize
    Git
    or
    SVN
    for version control and effective collaboration with developers.
  • Validate data integrity by writing and executing
    SQL queries
    for back-end testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into
    CI/CD pipelines
    using
    Jenkins
    to ensure continuous testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools and verify fixes.
  • Contribute to QA process improvements and participate in code and test reviews.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of proven experience
    as a
    Quality Analyst
    or
    Automation Engineer
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Selenium
    ,
    JUnit
    ,
    TestNG
    , or
    QTP
    for automation testing.
  • Strong programming knowledge in
    Java
    ,
    Python
    , or
    JavaScript
    .
  • Solid understanding of the
    Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
    .
  • Experience working with
    Git/SVN
    and
    CI/CD tools
    such as Jenkins.
  • Ability to write and execute
    SQL queries
    for database testing and validation.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with
    API testing
    (Postman, REST Assured).
  • Knowledge of
    performance testing tools
    (e.g., JMeter).
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum
    environments.
  • ISTQB
    or similar QA certification.
