Role Description

Rankupper LLC is looking for an experienced and innovative Webflow Expert to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dhaka. As a Webflow Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually compelling and functional websites using Webflow. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating responsive web layouts, optimizing design for user experience, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also contribute to website updates, integrate third-party tools, and ensure the quality performance of websites aligns with client goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Webflow development, responsive web design, and implementing animations or interactive elements
  • 2–3 years of proven Webflow experience
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with troubleshooting website performance issues and debugging
  • Ability to integrate APIs and third-party tools within web applications
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, analytics tools, and website optimization techniques is a plus
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like
    Figma ,
    Adobe Photoshop, or
    Illustrator
    is beneficial
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices
  • Ability to create custom animations and interactions
  • Fast communication + ability to meet deadlines
  • Portfolio is mandatory —
