WHAT YOU'LL DO​

Are you passionate about driving business value through user-centric product development and process optimization? We're looking for a Senior Business Expert to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our digital product landscape. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet real customer needs and deliver measurable impact.

• Enhance Product Value: Continuously improve product features to boost user productivity, profitability, and efficiency.
• Understand Product Purpose: Ensure product functionality aligns with business goals across product lines.
• Identify Opportunities: Analyze outcomes and feedback to propose impactful new features.
• Leverage Data: Use insights to understand business needs and guide product decisions.
• Ensure Quality Delivery: Lead UAT, define acceptance criteria, and support training for successful rollouts.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with stakeholders to prioritize customer needs in development.
• Optimize Processes: Identify and implement improvements for greater efficiency.
• Support Users: Provide training and guidance to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
• Drive Efficiency: Focus on improving costing and quotation processes to enhance business value and satisfaction.

What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.

As a Senior Business Expert, you bring a unique blend of technical expertise, industry insight, and collaborative spirit to drive excellence in product development and sourcing. You are passionate about optimizing processes, engaging stakeholders, and leveraging data to solve complex challenges.

What You Bring

Core Expertise

• Component Management: In-depth knowledge of component development, planning, quoting, booking, and traceability.
• Library Management: Strong understanding of component library structure, usability, and accuracy.
• Industry Experience: Background in garment sourcing or related fields, with insights into merchandising and supply chain operations.
• Product Development Tools: Familiarity with PLM Centric and digital product development workflows.
• Process Improvement: Proven experience in change management and process optimization.

Collaboration & Communication

• Skilled in engaging stakeholders across technical teams, suppliers, and vendors.
• Strong influencing abilities and excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Analytical Thinking

• Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
• Capable of analyzing and optimizing business processes effectively.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Awareness of global garment industry trends.
• Understanding of sustainability in sourcing and manufacturing.
• Project Management certification or equivalent.​
