Job Summary:

NYBSYS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and technically sound
IoT Support Engineer
with a diploma background to join our IoT division. The incumbent will handle client service calls, provide technical assistance remotely, support on-site activities at client data centers, and ensure effective communication with the team leader to resolve issues efficiently. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and a learning mindset toward IoT systems and connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to client calls, emails, and service tickets regarding  system issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve first-level technical problems related to devices, sensors, and gateways.
  • Assist in remote and on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of small cell systems.
  • Visit client data centers when required for troubleshooting and system checks.
  • Communicate with the IoT team leader and software engineers for escalated issues.
  • Document incidents, maintain logs, and follow up until resolution is achieved.
  • Support data collection, device connectivity testing, and network health monitoring.
  • Handle assigned company assets (laptop and phone) responsibly and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Contribute to improving client satisfaction through timely and clear communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:


• 
Education: Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.


• 
Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers encouraged to apply).

Technical Skills:


• 
Basic understanding of IoT devices, sensors, and network communication.


• 
Familiarity with Linux/Windows systems and remote troubleshooting tools.


• 
Knowledge of IP addressing, routers, and connectivity testing is a plus.

Soft Skills:


• 
Strong communication and coordination ability.


• 
Proactive, patient, and client-oriented approach.


• 
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
