Job Context

W3 Engineers is looking for a Data & Analytics Engineer to design and manage our data infrastructure while integrating AI-driven analytics for business intelligence. You will develop scalable data pipelines, optimize big data processing, and enhance cloud-based analytics to support business intelligence and AI-driven insights. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making.

Experience

2+ years of professional experience in data engineering and analytics, specialising in scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and AI-powered BI solutions using cloud platforms and BI tools.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, BigQuery, and other big data technologies.
  • Develop ETL workflows to prepare data for business intelligence (BI) and machine learning (ML) models.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using
    any modern BI tool
    (e.g., Apache Superset, Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Implement AI-powered analytics solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize data processing workflows for better performance and lower latency on AWS and GCP.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI, ML, and data analytics trends to enhance our data platform.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in
    Python
  • Strong expertise in
    SQL
  • Proficiency in
    at least one BI tool
    (Apache Superset, Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Experience with BigQuery and Google Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EMR, Redshift, and AI/ML capabilities.
  • Knowledge of
    AWS Q in QuickSight
    will be a big plus.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools, building data pipelines, and modeling structured & unstructured data.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
