is looking for a Data & Analytics Engineer to design and manage our data infrastructure while integrating AI-driven analytics for business intelligence. You will develop scalable data pipelines, optimize big data processing, and enhance cloud-based analytics to support business intelligence and AI-driven insights. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making. Experience 2+ years of professional experience in data engineering and analytics, specializing in scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and AI-powered BI solutions using cloud platforms and BI tools.

Job Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using AWS, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, BigQuery, and other big data technologies. Develop ETL workflows to prepare data for business intelligence (BI) and machine learning (ML) models. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using any modern BI tool (e.g., Apache Superset, Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). Implement AI-powered analytics solutions aligned with business goals. Optimize data processing workflows for better performance and lower latency on AWS and GCP. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Stay updated with emerging AI, ML, and data analytics trends to enhance our data platform.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in Python, Strong expertise in SQL.

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Apache Superset, Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with BigQuery and Google Ads. Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EMR, Redshift, and AI/ML capabilities. Knowledge of AWS Q in QuickSight will be a big plus. Experience with ETL/ELT tools, building data pipelines, and modeling structured & unstructured data, CI/CD Pipeline. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
