We're Hiring: Office & Community Manager – Co-Working Space (Elephant Road, Dhaka)

INK173, a growing co-working and media space in the heart of Dhaka, is looking for a dedicated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and help us build a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals.
Location: Elephant Road, Dhaka
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
Capacity: 12–15 members
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the co-working space and media room
• Manage staff, scheduling, and space bookings
• Handle client relations and ensure a seamless member experience
• Maintain financial records, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Develop and implement business growth strategies
• Manage social media presence and drive online engagement
• Support events, workshops, and community activities
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in office management or similar roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in business development and client management
• Familiarity with financial management (invoicing, tracking expenses)
• Social media engagement/marketing experience
• Ability to take initiative and build a collaborative community

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Experience with Office Equipment management
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- Prior experience in office management or a similar role is preferred
