Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Recruitment Officer located in Dhaka. The Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring prospective students. The officer will also handle daily interactions with students, answering inquiries, providing guidance on educational opportunities abroad, and managing the admissions process. This role requires effective communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with students and providing excellent customer service.
  • Recruiting and Hiring: Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring prospective students.
  • Job Description Development: Ability to develop job descriptions and related recruitment documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus.
