Responsibilities

·     Stay Updated with the UK university programs, admission process, admission entry criteria, and other related procedures

·     Must be aware of the recent changes of the UK Higher education system and laws related to the international higher education system

·     Provide a high level of customer service making sure it follows the agent quality framework and inform the student regarding the student charter

·     Guide students through the admission process and until getting the CAS statement and complete the University registration

·     Make sure attend and complete all the required training and virtual conferences

·     Able to visit the seminar and study tour to marketise the international higher education to the students

·     Engage with the local communities, school, colleges and other educational institutions to build network

·     Participate with other colleagues in events, meetings, and social media campaign to build and implement new content and ideas.

Qualifications

·     Must have a Bachelor's degree

·     Proven experience in education consulting and student recruitment

·     Strong understanding of the overseas higher education system and specifically to the UK universities admission process

·     Excellent communication both verbal and writing in English

·     Knowledgable on basic computer literature like Browsing Internet, complete online application form, Excel, Microsoft word, powerpoint, CRM system.

·     Must be able to work 5 days in a week (Flexible to work during weekend as well)

·     Must be flexible to match up with the UK time zone
