The Role

We are seeking a
highly motivated International Recruitment Manager
who is ready for
extensive travel
, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about creating opportunities for students globally. This is a results-driven role where

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute international recruitment strategies to meet ambitious enrollment goals
  • Travel extensively to build and manage global partner and agent networks
  • Identify and unlock new student markets and opportunities
  • Organize and lead recruitment campaigns, fairs, and training sessions worldwide
  • Report on performance metrics to continuously refine strategies

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' proven experience in international recruitment or higher education marketing
  • Strong knowledge of global education markets and mobility trends
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • High resilience, dedication, and ability to work independently across time zones
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and digital recruitment tools
