Job Context

• Candidates must have excellent written English skills and strong computer proficiency (fast typing, MS Word, Excel, PDF editing, etc.)
• Industry: Higher Education Consultancy (UK)
• We seek ambitious, experienced, hardworking, and career-oriented professionals with a strong command of English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information to students and guardians about UK/New Zealand universities and their admission processes.
• Assess UK/New Zealand university applications and supporting documents, including Statement of Purpose (SOP) and documentation, to ensure successful admission and visa outcomes.
• Conduct market research and support UK/New Zealand-specific recruitment and expansion initiatives.
• Prepare applications for admission to UK/New Zealand universities and maintain necessary communication with university admissions offices.
• Coordinate with the Admissions Manager, Student Visa Officer, and Compliance Manager to ensure smooth processing.
• Counsel prospective students about study options in the UK/New Zealand and assist them in selecting the right course and institution.
• Professionally handle client communications in person, over the phone, and via email.

• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and quality service.

• Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Professional certifications related to UK education consultancy are highly valued:
• UK Agent and Counsellor Training Course (mandatory if available)
• Working with Education Agents Course (WEAC)
• Skills Required: Excellent communication, marketing, management, MS PowerPoint.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years+ of proven experience in:
• Student Admission & Counseling for UK or New Zealand education
• Student File Processing & Visa Processing for UK or New Zealand
• Student Recruitment for UK or New Zealand universities
• Prior experience in an Education Consultancy or related field is essential.
• Freshers from NSU, BRAC, IUB, AIUB, EWU, UIU and other top private university graduates are encouraged to apply, with the mindset to learn and grow.

Additional Requirements

• Both males and females are encouraged to apply.
• Strong spoken and written English skills are mandatory (Preference for O/A Levels background or IELTS score of 7.0+).
• Must have a pleasant personality, excellent presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on UK education policies.
• Candidates living near Dhanmondi or Banani will be preferred.
