Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Students Recruitment Officer based in Dhaka. The Students Recruitment Officer will be responsible for developing job descriptions, recruiting prospective students, conducting interviews, and assisting with the hiring of qualified candidates. The role involves active engagement with students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the admission process.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage and support prospective students
  • Experience in Job Description Development and Recruiting
  • Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of educational systems and immigration processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
