Role Overview

We are looking for empathetic, curious, and culturally aware individuals to join us as Experiential Tour Guides. If you love storytelling, are deeply passionate about heritage and human connection, and can hold space for guests from all over the world — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead immersive cultural, historical, food, and nature-based tours across Bangladesh

  • Share compelling stories grounded in history, folklore, food, and lived experience

  • Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the experience

  • Coordinate logistics on-ground with drivers, venues, restaurants, and collaborators

  • Act as a cultural bridge — warm, professional, and mindful

  • Continuously deepen your knowledge through training, reading, and exploration

Who We're Looking For

  • Students of history, anthropology, tourism, architecture, arts, photography or literature

  • English Literature and Bengali Culture enthusiasts

  • Architects, historians, or heritage researchers

  • Passionate foodies interested in guiding culinary tours

  • Confident speakers, actors, or storytellers

  • Curious learners who love Bangladesh and want to tell its stories well

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English and Bangla (fluency in additional languages is a plus)

  • Passion for Bangladesh's history, food, and culture — formal or self-taught

  • Strong communication and guest engagement skills

  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to adapt, manage time, and lead with empathy
