The Role:

unior Executives
to join our
Customer Experience
team. In this role, you will not only deliver exceptional customer support but also identify opportunities to drive sales by upselling and cross-selling our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relationship with customers, answer to customer queries and educate them
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
• You have to answer to inbound calls and label all the queries
• You will escalate critical issues to supervisor
• Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
• You will develop and manage existing customer relationships, drive business growth, and engage in customer value, satisfaction and retention
• You will have to collect customer feedback, understand customer needs and help other teams to make decisions leading to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3 to 6 Months of experience in query handling (Inbound, Outbound, Messenger) will get preference.
• Experience in tele-sales will get preference.
• Good typing speed in both Bangla and English.
• Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
• Basic knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheet.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Great organizational and time management abilities.
• Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on a roster basis between.

The Important Bits:
Job type: Contractual

Working Hours: 5 Days a Week, 9 hours per day (Roster basis)

Location: Mirpur 6, Dhaka

Salary: Gross BDT 12,000 to 14,000 per month

Additional monthly incentive based on sales and KPI
