Position Overview:

Otithee Software Solution Ltd. (OSSL) is a leading technology company in Bangladesh, dedicated to delivering innovative software solutions and digital services. As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Jr. UI/UX Designer to join our IT & Innovation Department.

The key responsibility of this role is to design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for our digital platforms and learning tools. Your contributions will directly impact thousands of users across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive UI/UX solutions for mobile & web applications.
  • Create cohesive designs that align with business objectives and creative vision.
  • Develop interactive prototypes, wireframes, flowcharts, and screen layouts.
  • Strong knowledge of user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, human-computer interaction, usability testing, responsive design, and basic front-end principles.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers and developers throughout the design process.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience designing for iOS or Android mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, , or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in creating responsive user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Webflow is a plus.
  • A current portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects.
  • Good communication skills, especially in English.

Additional Requirements:

  • Only male are allowed to apply

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and late nights.
