We are looking for a talented and creative 
UI/UX & Graphics Designer

to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a passion for solving user problems, and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Graphics & Visual Design

  • Design marketing materials, social media graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Optimize graphics for performance and accessibility.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Clearly articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback from team members.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years of professional experience in 
    UI/UX and graphic design
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    Figma
    , 
    Adobe Creative Suite
     (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), and 
    prototyping tools
     (e.g., , Framer).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 
    web/mobile app designs
     and 
    graphic design projects
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    design principles
    , typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
  • Experience with 
    user research methodologies
     and 
    usability testing
    .
  • Understanding of 
    responsive design
     and 
    accessibility standards
     (WCAG).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with 
    motion design
     (After Effects, Lottie).
  • Basic knowledge of 
    front-end development
     (HTML/CSS).
  • Familiarity with 
    Agile/Scrum workflows
    .
  • Background in 
    fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce design
    .

  • Own professional-grade equipment

  • High-performance laptop (e.g., MacBook Pro/equivalent)
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps+)
  • HD webcam and microphone for collaboration
  • Access to required design software (the company may provide licenses)
