  • The Opportunity

We are exclusively seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with great professional level English proficiency to lead our digital growth. This strategic, hands-on role requires a proven track record across all major digital channels and exceptional communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities

The specialist will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing all digital campaigns, focusing on: PPC & SEO Leadership:


•Develop, manage, and optimize high-ROI Paid Search (PPC/Google Ads) and comprehensive SEO strategies to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Podcast Hosting Production:

Lead the planning, hosting, and promotion of the company podcast. Manage recording schedules, coordinate guests, ensure high-quality production, and distribute episodes across major platforms.

  • Content & * Social Media Strategy:

Develop engaging content calendars and manage social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.

  • Email and CRM Competency:


•Design and execute advanced email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns using automation platforms.

  • Analytics & CRO: Monitor, analyze, and report on all channel performance (Google Analytics, etc.).


•Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

  • Budget management

Oversee the digital marketing budget and ensure effective resource allocation.

  • Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing.

Demonstrated experience hosting or significantly contributing to a professional podcast.

Great professional level English proficiency (written and verbal) is required.

Expertise in Google Ads, SEO tools, and Marketing Automation/CRM.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Must be a female candidate (Specific role requirement).
