Admissions Counselor — Europe
to guide students aiming for higher studies across leading European destinations.

Job Description:

As an Admissions Counselor — Europe, you will:

  • Provide personalized counseling to help students identify suitable programs, countries, and universities across Europe.
  • Build clear application roadmaps (intakes, timelines, fees, scholarships) and maintain high-quality documentation checklists.
  • Prepare, review, and submit applications accurately and on time; support SOP/essays, CVs, LORs, and prerequisite tracking.
  • Drive
    offer conversion
    and
    enrolment
    , coordinating with universities/partners for clarifications.
  • Offer
    expert visa guidance
    for European destinations, including
    document verification, proof of funds, insurance, accommodation letters, biometrics/VFS appointments
    , and the entire visa process.
  • Ensure strict
    compliance and integrity
    (zero tolerance for misrepresentation), maintain audit trails, and follow internal QA checklists.
  • Conduct pre-departure briefings and support smooth student transition.
  • Keep CRM trackers, dashboards, and weekly pipeline reports up to date; handle peak-season volume with discipline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience
    in study-abroad counseling with a strong
    track record of Europe visa success
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    European document requirements and compliance
    (e.g., proof of funds/blocked account where applicable, health insurance, accommodation, VFS workflows, APS where relevant).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide empathetic, student-first guidance.
  • Proficiency in English and Bangla; confident with Google Workspace/MS Office and CRM tools.
