ALO Education is a growing study abroad consultancy in Bangladesh, dedicated to guiding students towards higher education opportunities in the UK, Australia, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Europe. We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and passionate individuals who can counsel students, manage applications, and ensure smooth communication throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide guidance and support to students throughout the admission process
● Manage leads: calls, follow-ups, and CRM updates
● Counsel students on suitable courses, universities, and budget options
● Assist with applications, documentation, offers, and visa processes
● Maintain strong student relationships and regular communication
● Represent the organization at education fairs and events
● Submit timely daily, weekly & monthly reports to management
Job Requirements:
●
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred (skills & experience valued over certificates)
●
Experience:
Prior counseling experience for UK, Australia & Europe preferred; but freshers are encouraged to apply.
●
Language:
Strong Bengali & English proficiency with clear communication; presentation skills a plus.
●
Skills:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking & CRM reporting
