Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Counselor. The Senior Counselor will be based on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh. They will be responsible for providing personalized career counseling, assisting students with university selection, supporting admission application processes, offering visa guidance, providing scholarship assistance, and facilitating language test preparation and pre-departure orientation. Additionally, the Senior Counselor will maintain up-to-date knowledge on global education systems and trends to provide the best guidance to students.

Qualifications

  • Experienced 2-3 years in career counseling and providing personalized guidance
  • Knowledgeable in university selection and admission application support
  • Skilled in offering visa guidance and scholarship assistance
  • Proficient in language test preparation and conducting pre-departure orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the education sector or international student counseling is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
