Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor, located in Dhaka. The Student Counselor will provide personalized guidance to students, assist with career counseling, and support students with the application process. Daily tasks include student counseling sessions, career advising, handling customer service inquiries, and providing education-related support to students.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of the Education sector and higher education systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Dhaka
  • Mast has experience
  • Lead calling and lead conversion
