Job Description / Responsibility

  • As a
    Visa & Tour Package Expert
    at Go Plane Private Limited, you will play a key role in providing
    seamless travel solutions
    to both individual and corporate clients. You will manage the end-to-end
    visa application process
    , design
    customized tour packages
    , and coordinate all aspects of travel planning to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process visa applications for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with updated embassy and consulate requirements.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit visa-related documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Design and manage inbound and outbound tour packages tailored to client needs and budgets.
  • Handle international and domestic flight bookings, hotel reservations, and complete travel itineraries.
  • Provide consultation on travel regulations, visa rules, and country-specific travel restrictions.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, maintain professional client communication, and provide after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to meet service targets and deadlines.
  • Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends, visa policies, and tour package offerings.

  • Provide up-to-date consultation on visa regulations, travel restrictions, and policies.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service with clear communication and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve monthly targets.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Skills Required: Visa Processing, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Package, Air Ticketing and Visa processing.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
