Behaviour Therapist

Job Description / Responsibility

  1. Therapy Implementation

  2. Deliver individualised therapy sessions aligned with IEP and behaviour intervention plans.

  3. Utilize evidence-based practices to support skill acquisition and behaviour reduction.

  4. Ensure treatment fidelity through adherence to prescribed protocols and guidelines.

  5. Data Collection and Reporting

  6. Collect and record accurate, detailed data during each session to track client progress.

  7. Analyze data and contribute to team discussions for program adjustments.

  8. Session Preparedness and Quality

  9. Prepare session materials and review client goals before each session.

  10. Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging therapy environment.

  11. Ensure data collection tools are organized and accessible for seamless implementation.

  12. Professional Conduct

  13. Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance for all scheduled sessions.

  14. Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain compliance with supervision requirements.
  15. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders.

  16. Promptly report incidents or concerns according to organizational protocols.

  17. Operational Efficiency

  18. Achieve high session completion rates and meet scheduling requirements.

  19. Ensure timely and accurate submission of clinical reports and administrative tasks.

  20. Daily plan sheet

  21. Monthly Program master list
  22. Skill acquisition list
  23. Progress Report (every 6 months)

  24. Training and Development

  25. Actively participate in professional development and training opportunities.

  26. Demonstrate growth in clinical competencies and mastery of intervention protocols.
  27. Stay updated on ABA techniques and best practices through ongoing learning.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor`s degree in psychology, Early Childhood Education, special education, or any related field
  • Skills Required: Fluent In English, Communication, Teamwork, Reporting and Documentation, Patience, Adaptibility

Experience Requirements

  • At most 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • NGO
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
