Position Overview

We are seeking a
Junior UI/UX Designer

who can contribute to both
web and mobile app design projects

. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of design principles, basic UX research knowledge, and hands-on experience with modern design tools like
Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator

. You will be working closely with senior designers and developers, translating concepts into visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine user interfaces for
    web and mobile applications

ensuring excellent usability and visual appeal.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct basic UX research, including user testing and feedback analysis, to improve designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure consistent design execution.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Prepare assets and specifications for development teams.
- Support marketing teams with design needs for social media and promotional materials when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Figma

and
Adobe XD

for UI/UX design.
- Working knowledge of
Photoshop

and
Illustrator

for graphic assets.
- Basic understanding of
UX research methods

(user interviews, usability testing, surveys).
- Familiarity with
responsive design principles

and design for multiple devices.
- Knowledge of
design systems

and component-based design.

  • Good communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving and proactive approach to design challenges.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design (internship or professional).
  • A
