We are seeking a
Mid-Level UI/UX Designer
with at least
3 years of professional experience
who combines strong
visual artistry
with solid
user experience design skills
. The ideal candidate has an exceptional eye for detail, a passion for creating beautiful, functional interfaces, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling digital products.

You will lead design projects, craft elegant and user-friendly interfaces, and collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure our products deliver both
aesthetics and usability
.

This is a
full-time, on-site position
based in
Uttara, Dhaka
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Translate concepts and business needs into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
  • Create visually rich illustrations, icons, and design elements that enhance the user experience.
  • Ensure every detail—from typography to spacing—is consistent, refined, and pixel-perfect.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on insights.
  • Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, marketing).
  • Provide creative direction and mentor junior designers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum
    3 years of proven full time UX/UI design work experience
    with a strong portfolio showcasing both
    functional UX
    and
    visual artistry
    .
  • Strong visual design skills with an artistic approach — capable of producing
    aesthetic, original, and engaging designs
    .
  • Proficiency in design tools such as
    Figma, Adobe After Effect, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch
    .
  • Excellent eye for detail in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Understanding of
    responsive design
    and accessibility standards.
  • Strong grasp of
    UX principles, usability testing, and user research methods
    .
  • Ability to balance
    creativity with practicality
    , aligning design with business goals.
  • Excellent english communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working in an
    Agile/Scrum
    environment.
  • Up to date with modern trendy design
  • Knowledge of
    motion design, micro-interactions, and prototyping tools
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset.
  • Ability to provide leadership and constructive feedback to junior designers.
  • Passion for
    art, creativity, and pixel-perfect execution
