Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in the Cox's Bazar District. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, training and supervising sales staff, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular data analysis, market research, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions for sales staff
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
