Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive at HUMAN AID, located in Cox's Bazar. The Chief Executive will oversee the organization's operations, ensure efficient business planning, manage finances, and drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing long-term strategies, leading fundraising efforts, and building partnerships with local and international stakeholders. The Chief Executive will also be responsible for ensuring that the organization's goals align with its mission and values, maintaining transparency, and promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Finance and Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
  • Experience in Sales and Fundraising
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cox's Bazar
  • Experience in the non-profit or humanitarian sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
