Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer, based in Comilla. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored banking solutions. Day-to-day tasks include business relationship management, customer service, sales, and ensuring client satisfaction by providing timely and efficient support. The role also involves contributing to financial growth by meeting sales targets and promoting banking products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and achieving targets
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and build trust with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in banking or a financial institution is an advantage
