Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern in the People & Org Team located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The intern will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, data entry, and maintaining employee records. They will also support organizational projects, conduct research on HR best practices, and help with employee engagement initiatives. The intern will work closely with the HR team to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding
  • Ability to conduct research and gather data
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Previous experience or internship in HR is a plus
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
