Internship Duration & Details:

Duration: 4 months

Location: On-site | Banasree H-Block

Stipend: 8,000 BDT

Role Overview:

As a
People & Culture Intern
, you will assist the team with:

  • HRIS (Human Resource Information System) management. (PiHR)
  • Documentation and record-keeping.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Employee engagement initiatives.
  • Other HR functions as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Students or recent graduates in Business Administration with a major in HR.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor law & labor rules.
