Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Account Executive will manage customer accounts, build and maintain client relationships, identify potential sales opportunities, and meet sales targets. The role also involves preparing and delivering pitches, pricing negotiations, and active collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and manage client relationships effectively
  • Experience in strategic planning, sales development, and account management
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving to address customer needs and close deals
  • Team collaboration and a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Fluency in English and local language(s), and familiarity with sales software/tools is an advantage
  • Relevant sales or business development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar industry or role is a strong plus
