Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive, based in Dhaka. The Account Executive will manage client accounts, build and maintain relationships with clients, and act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Additionally, the role involves developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The individual will also be responsible for preparing reports and analyzing client and market data to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Client Relationship Building skills
  • Sales Strategy Development and Target Achievement capabilities
  • Data Analysis, Reporting, and Market Research skills
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
