Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka for a Senior Executive, Accounts and Shipping. The role involves managing accounts, processing financial transactions, reconciling statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Senior Executive will also oversee shipping operations, coordinating with logistics partners, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods, and managing documentation for international shipping. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with company protocols and regulations are crucial.

Qualifications

  • Accounting and Financial Management skills, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, and budget monitoring
  • Shipping and Logistics expertise, with experience in shipping documentation, international trade compliance, and freight coordination
  • Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies in accounts or operational workflows
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient in using accounting and ERP software, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus
  • Prior experience in accounts and shipping within the apparel, manufacturing, or logistics industries is preferred
