Job Description:

We are seeking a
Legal Specialist
to join our team in Dhaka. This role will be responsible for reviewing contracts, providing legal and compliance support, and managing dispute resolution to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review:
    Mainly including but not limited to sales contracts, distributor agreements, service contracts, financial leasing contracts, guarantee contracts, labor contracts, etc.;
  • Business Support:
    Provide legal support for international trade, domestic transactions in South Asian countries, and financial leasing transactions;
  • Compliance Management:
    Provide legal support on compliance issues arising in the company's operations and identify potential legal risks in advance;
  • Dispute Resolution:
    Handle labor disputes, debt disputes, quality disputes, delivery disputes, etc.;
  • Law Firm Resource Management:
    Coordinate with external partner law firms.

Required Experience:
Over 03 years, with a valid local legal practicing license, and good proficiency in English.
