Position: Web/App Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain responsive web applications using
    WordPress, HTML, CSS
    , and related technologies.
  • Work with back-end frameworks and databases to enable full-stack functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and marketing specialists.
  • Ensure
    cross-browser and device compatibility
    for seamless user experience.
  • Optimize website and app performance for
    speed and scalability
    .
  • Implement
    SEO
    and
    AIO (Artificial Intelligence Optimization)
    best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Apply robust
    security measures
    to protect user data and system integrity.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong skills in
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    , and
    WordPress
    .
  • Knowledge of
    back-end technologies
    , PHP, or Python) is a plus.
  • A passion for clean code, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Salary: Tk. 20,000 – 30,000 (based on experience)
