Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting the resort's services, attaining sales targets, building and nurturing client relationships, and addressing customer inquiries. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, assisting with marketing campaigns, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience is expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies and an understanding of hospitality industry trends
  • Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector, is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
