is looking for
Senior Executive / Executive - Customer Service (Export & Import)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Overseas daily import operations and staff (Air & Sea).
  • Negotiate rates (Air & Sea) with overseas agents, local carriers, and vendors.
  • Handle client inquiries and escalated issues.
  • Handle customer communication and resolve shipment-related issues.
  • Manage documentation (AWB, B/L, Invoices), Delivery timelines, and ensure service quality.
  • Supervise the import Customer Service team and coordinate with C&F agents and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh import and customs regulations.
  • Monitor documentation, delivery timelines, and service quality.
  • Prepare operational reports and inform the Management.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents, local carriers, and C&F Agents.
  • Track every shipment and update the clients regularly.
  • Support customs clearance and delivery follow-up.
  • Maintain records in Cargoaim and MS Office.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
  • Skills Required: Logistic, Freight Forwarding, Shipping Industry Preferable

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

  • The applicants should have experience in one or more of the following business areas:
  • Freight Forwarding & Logistics, Shipping Lines, Export & Import Operations, Air & Ocean Freight, Multimodal Transportation, Manufacturing Industries (Garments/Textile/FMCG), Supply Chain & Warehousing, or a Group of Companies.
  • Executive/Senior Executive/ Manager – Customer Service (Import/ Export)
  • Experience: Minimum 2~5 Years
