As we scale, we are looking for a senior accountant who will bring strong financial discipline, analytical insight, and process excellence to support our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with
GAAP standards - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Maintain effective internal controls and support internal and external audits
- Collaborate with management to support strategic financial planning and decision-making
- Continuously improve accounting processes, systems, and tools for operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (
MBA/CA preferred
) - Minimum 4
+ years
of experience in finance or accounting roles (startup or tech experience is a plus) - Strong understanding of
GAAP accounting principles - Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving team environment
Shift Options & Compensation
- Salary Range: 50K to 80K
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Shifts: Two (morning and night)
- Weekly Holiday: Sunday
