We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Support Lead to manage and mentor our Customer Support team, ensuring top-notch service and operational efficiency.

Duty Hours:
9 hours per day (Morning or Evening shift as per roster)

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and supervise the Customer Support Executives team to deliver excellent service.


• Monitor daily operations and maintain service quality standards.


• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.


• Train, coach, and mentor team members for performance improvement.


• Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction.


• Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.


• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications:


• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.


• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or customer handling roles.


• Prior experience in team leadership or supervisory roles preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bangla and English.


• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.


• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
