Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outlet Manager located in Dhaka. The Outlet Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing the outlet's staff. Responsibilities include handling customer service inquiries, managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and meeting sales targets. The manager will also be responsible for scheduling staff, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
