We're looking for a dynamic, result-oriented
Outlet Manager
to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily outlet operations ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage food preparation and service according to company recipes and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock, inventory, and raw materials efficiently.

2. Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen and service staff to maintain top performance.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters, manage attendance, and ensure discipline.
  • Foster a positive team culture with a focus on quality service and teamwork.

3. Sales & Customer Service

  • Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and professional service.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Work with management to implement sales targets, promotions, and upselling strategies.

4. Financial & Reporting

  • Maintain daily sales reports, expense logs, and cash flow records.
  • Monitor cost control, wastage, and overall profitability of the outlet.
  • Ensure all billing, POS, and cash management processes are accurate.

5. Brand Representation

  • Maintain Wrapick's brand image and standards in service, quality, and presentation.
  • Support marketing campaigns and local promotions.
  • Act as the main point of contact between outlet staff and head office.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • HSC or Diploma (preferably in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Hands-on experience in managing staff, inventory, and daily operations.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and POS systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
