International Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our team in Bogura.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients worldwide through LinkedIn, email, networking, and outreach.
• Present and promote TopDesignr's creative and branding services to international businesses.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute lead-generation campaigns.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and consistently bring in new projects.
• Maintain an updated CRM with leads, prospects, and client communications.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (must be confident in international client communication).
• Proven experience in
  sales, business development, or marketing
  (preferably in IT, design, or creative services).
• Strong networking and lead-generation skills (LinkedIn, email, referrals, cold outreach).
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, Zoom/Google Meet, and email outreach.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
