Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee – Quality Assurance based in Savar Upazila. The Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of quality control processes, conducting quality audits, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production to ensure adherence to quality standards, preparing quality assurance reports, and supporting the quality management team in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance
  • Experience in Quality Management and conducting Quality Audits
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the textile or garment manufacturing industry is an advantage
