Career Pathway & Progression
The programme is a phased journey, allowing you to build skills and prove your potential:

1. Phase 1: Attachment Trainee

· Duration: 1 Month

· Focus: Intensive onboarding and initial hands-on experience in the automation environment.

1. Phase 2: Business Apprentice

· Duration: 3 Months

· Focus: Deeper immersion into business operations, client interactions, and project-based work.

1. Phase 3: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

· Duration: Full-Time Position

· Focus: A dedicated role in either the Tech Sales or Research & Innovation department, with a clear path toward future leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Throughout the programme, you will:

· Engage in real-world projects to gain practical, hands-on experience in automation.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end business operations.

· Learn from and work alongside industry experts and mentors.

· Develop technical, commercial, and professional skills essential for a leadership career.

· (For Business Apprentice & MTO roles) Participate in client-facing activities and contribute to business development.

Eligibility:

· Recent tech-driven graduates. Candidates from all genders are encouraged to apply.

· Last-semester students who are on track to graduate are also welcome to apply.
