We are hiring a Social Media Intern for NextCTL to support day-to-day content and growth across digital platforms. This is a paid internship with a monthly salary of BDT 10,000–12,000, depending on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities:

* Assist in planning and managing the monthly social media content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

* Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and short videos) that align with the brand voice and marketing goals.

* Respond to comments/inbox, and engage with the community to increase reach and brand awareness.

* Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to generate fresh content ideas.

* Share simple weekly reports performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads).

Requirements

* ​Basic skills in Canva or similar design/video tools.

* ​Good written communication skills in English and Bangla.

* ​Ability to work in a team, follow brand guidelines.
