The Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Social Media Manager Intern to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for maintaining our brand voice across multiple platforms and ensuring our community stays engaged.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Content Scheduling & Execution:
    Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely posting across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Reddit.

  • Community Management:
    Actively engage with our audience, responding to comments/inquiries, and fostering a positive brand community.

  • Trend Research:
    Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends, viral themes, and platform updates to keep MarketSwipe relevant.

  • Content Creation Support:
    Assist in drafting captions and basic visual assets that align with our professional yet modern brand identity.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and Reddit.

  • Familiarity with Canva for creating engaging social media graphics.

  • Ability to work independently and "think before you ask." We value interns who align their work with the company vision and execute without hesitation.

  • Strong written English skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms (from professional on LinkedIn to community-centric on Reddit).

  • Experience with content scheduling tools and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
