Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

This role requires someone who can closely collaborate with Business, Project, HR, and Creative teams to develop impactful content, maintain brand consistency, and ensure strong organic reach across all social platforms.

The ideal candidate is proactive, understands trending technologies, and can convert business goals into engaging digital content that strengthens brand presence and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily/weekly social media content across all platforms.
  • Work closely with Business, Project, HR, and Creative teams to gather accurate content.
  • Create professional, engaging posts, reels, graphics, and write clear captions.
  • Ensure strong organic reach through optimized posting and trend-based content.
  • Monitor industry and technology trends to keep content updated and relevant.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare simple weekly/monthly reports.
  • Manage community engagement — comments, inbox, and audience interactions.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.

Technical & Creative Skills

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Skilled in content writing, storytelling, and trend-based content creation.
  • Good understanding of design tools (Canva, Adobe tools, Figma – basic level acceptable).
  • Understanding of trending technologies, IT industry content, and tech audience communication.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and creativity.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
