Role Description

As a Senior Counsellor/Student Counsellor, you will provide expert guidance to students as they navigate their journey toward international education. Responsibilities include offering personalised counselling, guiding students through the university selection and application process, assisting with career guidance, and providing support with visa and pre-departure preparations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Banani. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure students receive exceptional support and advice in achieving their academic goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Student Counselling and Career Counselling to support students in their educational and career decisions.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and academic institutions.
  • Familiarity with international education systems and processes, as well as a passion for guiding students toward achieving their academic aspirations.
  • Experience in the education sector, with a focus on guiding higher education.
  • Organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple students and tasks effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counselling, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of visa processing and admission applications for international education is an advantage.
  • Experienced candidates will be given preference.
