Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role based in Banani for a Student Counselor. The primary responsibilities include providing personalized counseling to students regarding their academic and career goals, guiding students through the university selection and admissions process, assisting with visa applications, and providing information about scholarships and funding opportunities. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, maintaining communication with students and their families, and preparing students for standardized language tests and pre-departure orientations.

Qualifications

  • Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Understanding of higher education systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the education consultancy field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
