Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR & Accounts Administrator role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The HR & Accounts Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating human resources and accounts-related activities for the organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, HRIS management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor and employment laws. Additionally, the role involves maintaining financial records, managing accounts, handling payroll processing, and ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation of financial data.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding and experience in Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment and performance management.
  • Proficiency in Benefits Administration and HR Management practices to support employee well-being and organizational policies.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and a solid understanding of their functionality and application.
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and best practices in employee relations and regulations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial recordkeeping and experience with payroll processing is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in HR or accounts-related fields are a plus.
